Your travel and/or tour arrangements provided by Concord World Travel are subject to all the terms and conditions set forth in this statement. Please read this document as carefully as possible.    

Prices : All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are based on exchange rates at the time of booking and include associated costs relative to product preparation. Prices are not subject to itemization. The exchange rate will be lock at the time of the deposit payment. Our prices exclude any extra transportation or tours which are not part of the itinerary, porterage and tips to local guides, passport or visa fees, insurance. Also not included are excess baggage charges, meals or beverages not specifically included in the itinerary, laundry, phone calls, and other items of a personal nature.

Reservation and payments
1. Airfare: Full amount is required at time of ticketing & generally with the payment of the Land Balance. Airport taxes can be adjusted at the time of the ticketing.
2. Land: A deposit of $250.00 per person is due at time of reservation to activate land product, plus any additional deposit if required by specific suppliers, i.e cruise company. Balance is due no later than 60 days before departure. For late reservations, less than 60 days before departure, full payment is due at time of the reservation.

Cancellation, Changes & Refund policies:

Entry Requirement: U.S. citizens must have a valid passport for entry to Tahiti valid for six month from the travel date and are required to carry proof of identification at all times. Citizens of other countries should check with local consulates. Official travel documents such as passport, visa, etc., are the responsibility of the passenger, and neither Concord World Travel nor the air carrier is responsible for costs, expenses, or damages, actual or consequential, resulting from the failure of the passenger to obtain a valid passport and/or visa required by the laws of the country or countries of destination of for the refusal of any government or governmental authority to admit the passenger to its territory for any reason whatsoever.

Valuable Insurance protection : Trip cancellation, medical emergencies or illness, and baggage loss. Concord World Travel works closely with various professional and competitive Insurance Company offering very comprehensive programs. Please contact us for more details. Travel insurance is NOT included with the packages.  

Baggage : Allowance of baggage on international flights, as well as domestic flights in Tahiti is in accordance with the airline regulations. Please call us for information. In any case, Concord World Travel cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to luggage.  

Airfares and Air Transportation : Air transportation is provided by IATA / ARC Air Scheduled carriers. The packages offered in this brochure have been priced based on a certain class of service with the airline, and the amount of seats is subject to availability. If the seat for a certain category of price is no longer available at the time of reservation, a different class of service at a higher rate will be offered. The airlines and their agents or affiliates are not to be held responsible for any act, or omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board the aircraft. The passenger ticket, issued by the airline, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser and/or passenger. The service of any IATA carrier may be used. The validity of these provisions shall be independent.  

Land arrangements: Hotels, meals, sightseeing, car rentals, and other land services will be furnished as offered in the description of each package or component, except that the tour operator reserves the right to make alterations as may be mandated by necessities of logistics, scheduling, room or equipment availability, etc.  

Protection of Funds: Concord World Travel, is registered with the State of California Attorney General as a seller of travel pursuant to Section 17550 of the California Business and Professions Code under registration number 2098768-40. As such, all customer deposits and payments are secured in Concord World Travel's Travel Trust Account. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

Responsibility: Concord World Travel acts only as an agent (with services provided by independent companies), and shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss (including baggage loss or damage), expense, or other irregularity caused by the defect of any vehicle or conveyance, or the negligence of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements for the tour or by accident, delay, flight schedule, change, cancellation, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or any similar cause. Liability of Concord World Travel shall in any case be limited to the amount paid to Concord World Travel, and any claim shall be adjudicated in and governed by the laws of the State of California. Personal and baggage insurance is strongly recommended and available.
